Fees must be paid immediately after consultation.
An invoice will be sent by text at the conclusion of the consultation. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, PAYID or bank transfer. Specialist reports, medical certificates or scripts arising from consultations will only be available once your invoice is paid.
Your Medicare rebate will be reimbursed by Medicare direct to your nominated bank account. Consultation fees count towards your Medicare Safety Net which lowers your out of pocket costs if gap fees for all medical services exceed the relevant thresholds.
(a) For concession card holders and other patients on request, I can offer the Medicare 90-day pay doctor cheque option. The patient pays only the out of pocket and Medicare will send you a cheque for the balance, which you then post to the me.
