The simplest way to enquire about services is either to e-mail the psychiatrist you wish to contact or to call 1300 617 685.

Give the patient the referral letter and the patient can upload it via the new patient registration form

Once registered, patients gain access to the online patient portal. The portal provides full access for the patient to their clinical record and the ability to book appointments and upload referrals and other clinical documents.
